Our Team
CEO/President: Emily was born and raised on the island of Oahu and has a deep reverence for Hawaii and its traditions. She has wonderful memories of making leis as a child and working as an airport greeter during summer break from high school. Hawaii Flower Lei was born out of Emily’s love of Hawaii, her kama‘aina roots, and her desire to share the beauty of the Hawaiian culture with the world.
General Manager: Sheila started at Hawaii Flower Lei as an airport lei greeter during college. Her commitment to innovation and constant improvement is helping Hawaii Flower Lei continually improve its processes and methods, resulting in beautiful quality leis and meticulous packaging, ensuring that our customers receive the very best.
Administrative Manager: Jesse brings enthusiasm and warmth to our operation. With boundless energy and a happy disposition, he leads the customer service department with wonderful attention to detail and thoughtfulness, truly embodying the aloha spirit in everything he does.
Production & Hospitality Manager: Rumalynn’s industrious nature and dedication to Hawaii Flower Lei is a constant inspiration. As Production & Hospitality Manager she is tasked with ensuring that each and every interaction at the airport honors the true spirit of Aloha and goes above and beyond customer expectations.
