My friends’ vacation flight from Atlanta to Honolulu (thru Phoenix) was cancelled on their first day and they lost a day of their vacation. On the second day, there were delays in Atlanta because of weather and plane problems, and they barely made their connection. When they arrived in Honolulu, they knew they were to look for their names for their surprise greeting but couldn’t find anyone. (They were tired and wary from their 2 days’ experience.) But your friendly, customer-service-oriented greeters found my friends at the car rental and presented them with their leis, making their arrival very special! Thank you Again! “I wanted to get back with you all concerning the lei greeting. That was one of the most memorable moments of the entire week. Let me explain. Six years ago my wife and I made our first visit to the islands, Maui. We had a good time. At a Luau I asked my wife if she would like to purchase a lei. She said no. So, when we arrived back in Oklahoma she told me she sure wished that I had bought her a lei. Well, I went ahead and called Maui and got the name of someone who would ship us a lei. I was determined that wasn’t going to happen again. The look of my wife’s face was priceless when your girl put that lei around her head. It was great. You helped make our trip to Hawaii the best.”

“I just wanted to comment on how fabulous your service is. The first time I went to Hawaii was many years ago and I was lucky my uncle lived there at the time. It was so exciting to be greeted at the airport and to be presented with a lei! I had never seen anything like it.
I wanted my daughter to experience the same thing. She is 11 and this was her first trip there. I was ecstatic when I found you on the internet!
